The Veterinary Clinic
read moreIn The Veterinary Clinic Group we are doing everything we can to keep your pet healthy whilst observing the UK Government lockdown and Social Distancing guidelines during this pandemic. Our pets are an essential part of our lives and our lives are enriched by them so we want to do the very best we can under difficult circumstances. We are now recommending video and phone consultations wherever we can to reduce contact unless a face-to-face consultation is necessary. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons have changed their guidelines so that we can now see all cases where there might be a deterioration in the next 8 weeks.
Pet Nutrition
read moreWe believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great! Explore the guide to pet nutrition to discover the truth behind current trending diets and what your pet really needs for a balanced diet, or contact us to book in for a nutrition consultation with a member of the team.
Video Consultations
read moreIf it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation. Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They'll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).
Gdpr
read moreWith new GDPR regulation coming into force from 25th May 2018 we need to ensure you are happy in the way in which we communicate with you. We now have 7 different categories* that form the basis of our client communications so we can be very specific in what we do and don't send you. We deem these categories as 'legitimate business interests'. This means we think they are critical for us to provide you and your pet the best possible healthcare service. These 'marketing categories' keep you and your pet up to date with offers and promotions relating to your pet and the practice.
