We ordered wedding flowers and were so pleased with them. The scent was beautiful and the flowers turned out to be even prettier than I'd imagined. We initially enquired through the web form and we had a response the next day. We met in person in the shop and went through flower choices and colour themes etc. I felt very supported throughout. We have the shop in Winchcombe. Some gifts, greetings cards, spirits like different liqueurs, Christmas ornaments, quite an assortment of things really. Worth a visit.

I ordered flowers off the website, which was easy, and what was delivered was probably prettier than the actual picture on the website. And it was as advertised (which is not always the case when buying flowers online). Was delivered on time and cost was reasonable. What distinguishes The Flower Man above others is also that they are very communicative and responsive, and easily took care of my special request without hesitation. Very high quality flowers and customer service!

It's common these days for companies to provide poor service. But not the Flower Man. Was my partners late mums birthday today. We live in Scotland now but his parents are buried in winchcombe He gets down couple of times a year to visit in person but couldn't make it for today. Called the flower man explained and asked if they could deliver to the cemetery if he gave directions to the grave Not a problem. It was done this afternoon and they even sent a text with a photo. Absolutely fantastic service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I totally recommend this independent florist. The flowers they delivered to my daughter in law were absolutely stunning. I was ordering from Greece and emailed with a query about the flowers. The response was prompt and friendly and once I placed the order they were delivered the same day. Prices are reasonable and using independent local businesses so much more personal. Beyond first class service! I wanted something special that wasn't on their website or price list. I emailed early morning before opening hours and Lucy replied by 07.30 saying she would see if there was the specific type of flower fresh being received that day. We spoke at 09.30 and to my delight they had it. I ordered and they were delivered by 11.30 to the astonishment of surprise of the recipient. Thank you Lucy and The Flower Man. Just top top service. Really helpful and outstanding service from a county away. I was attending a funeral in Gloucester and I am from Worcestershire. Not knowing the area or local shops at all, I searched on google and The Flower Man was the highest rated so after looking at the site I went with them. I emailed them for advice and an update on what they could do for me (delivery, design, etc) and the lady was very responsive and more than helpful - even saving me from sending the flowers to the incorrect directors.

I asked for bright colours and gave a budget. They did not disappoint, the flowers were as I pictured they could be and everyone was complimentary. I would highly recommend The Flower Man. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral of someone very dear to us and from the start Lucy couldn't have been more caring and helpful, she made what could have been a very hard time so easy and took all the stress away from us. The 3 arrangement were made up of 2 words and a heart cushions, all colours and flowers were bespoke to what we wanted and they all felt really personal. Nothing seemed too much to ask and the outcome was a beautiful tribute. Thank you so much, Lucy!

They are always polite and friendly on delivery, the bouquets are always beautifully made and whoever I'm buying the flowers for are always overwhelmed by how lovely the bouquet they're receiving is! Cannot recommend enough!

Recently ordered some flowers for a funeral we were coming to in Cheltenham. Lucy was so helpful and they were beautifully done and exactly what I had asked for. Our American relatives also ordered from The Flower Man and they found the order easy to do and the flowers were of a high, fresh standard.

Brilliant 5star florists. Have never been disappointed. Want to make particular mention of Lucy, who provided me excellent customer service with my recent order, as she always does. The bouquets are always full and vibrant, with a good mix of flowers in bloom to give colour and unopened flowers which allow the customer to enjoy them for longer. Good value for money too. Great company, well done! Highly recommend.

I always get my flowers sent from here: mothers day, Christmas and birthdays. They have always been sent out on time. The recipients have loved the variety, and the longevity of the bouquets. I usually order online, but have also been to the shop on several occasions and found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. All-in-all, very happy.

Having used Jo and her team of skilful florists for ten years now i would not recommend anybody else. I am writing to say a huge thank you though in particular for making our recent wedding even more special by providing the most exquisite selection of flowers at the church, reception and bouquets.
