read moreThe Broad Leys is only a 7 minute walk from The Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury's premier venue for theatre entertainment. Our pre-theatre menu is served from 5pm. Don't forget to head back our way for your post-theatre drinks and to tell us all about it! Open till midnight on Friday and Saturday's.

They have thermostatically controlled heating, air conditioning*, HD TV's, soft fluffy towels, toiletries and complimentary tea and coffee, with fresh milk in the room fridge. A full breakfast service is included and you receive a 20% discount on your food bill when you dine with us. Private parking and Wi-Fi are complimentary. All these rooms are located on the first floor of the main building accessed by a flight of stairs, there is no lift access due to the age of the building.

For less formal gatherings, we have a marquee - perfect for celebrations, private parties and get togethers. We would meet with you to arrange menus and any other requirements needed on the day to make the occasion one to remember.

read moreWe offer a sit down meal or a buffet up to a maximum of 50 guests either in our restaurant in the main building or in the marquee located in our spacious garden. The marquee is also suitable for BBQs. Live acoustic music is permitted in the main building or the marquee and can be arranged if required. Bands and DJs are not permitted. Prices start at 15 per head for buffets and 23.95 for a three course meal. We tailor drink packages to suit your budget. Additional facilities include our boutique style accommodation either at The Broad Leys or a stone's throw away at Walton Cottage.
