Once again great service given by SSS. Technician Guy Martin who serviced my alarm system. Kept me up to date with his arrival. Courteous, friendly and took the time to show me correctly how to work the app for the alarm system. Even though the last technician showed me too. I'm rubbish at technology. Thank you Martin for that. Would 100% recommend this company.

Updated. The alarm is still going strong and is / has been incredibly reliable. We've had it serviced each year along with other works like new security lights, cameras and upgraded PIRs. We recently had an alarm system fitted in our home by Safe Simple Secure. We needed one quite quickly and Matt came out the same day to give us a quote. He was very helpful and took plenty of time to give advice on what was the best system for our house. The alarm was fitted by David and Hamish who both did a great job and were also very helpful. The alarm system is excellent and very easy to use.

I had a security camera installed outside my house. I'd really recommend safe simple secure. Very helpful and professional throughout from Matt coming out to inspect and going through all the options to Davide and Sean doing the installation. They were really friendly and accommodated requests wherever they could. Couldn't have asked for better service.

We got in touch with SSS to do a takeover on our alarm system along with some other bits & bobs. Amy was very responsive and helpful with her replies and managed to get us a short-notice appointment. We went to SSS after getting fed up with appalling customer service from ADT. SSS were consistently helpful and courteous, and Sam installed new alarms and fire/smoke alarms. He took time to explain everything clearly and SSS have been helpful since installation. Would definitely recommend SSS

Excellent service from Safe Simple and Secure. Highly professional throughout from initial sales visit from Matt and follow on queries from Amy they were courteous, responsive and extremely helpful. Everything went well from start to finish. Matt came out for the initial meeting and listened carefully to my CCTV requirements and how best we could achieve them. On the day of installation, Michael, Sam and Sean came bang on time and worked tirelessly for two days to install the system. They worked quietly, efficiently and with no fuss. I happen to be very finicky especially about cables and trunking and I was delighted with the ingenuity of the team to hide all the cables.

I'm not very IT literate but Michael put the app on my phone and laptop and explained in layman's terms how it all worked. We needed to make some minor adjustments to the cameras especially for night operation and Michael came back to sort that out shortly afterwards. Safe Simple Secure Ltd also have a first-rate office team who are very supportive to the customers and the engineers alike, and who are always there to answer any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Safe Simple Secure Ltd to anyone who wants to install a good-quality CCTV system.

Professional and friendly service when we had a new entryphone system installed.
