Phil Jessopp started Riders from the shed at the back of his garden; the company now has over 45,000 square feet of floor space. Riders of Bridgwater opened in Monmouth Street then moved to Wylds Road in 1989. Riders of Bristol's new building opened on Stockwood Road, just off the busy A4 in 2003 with 10,000 square ft of ground floor retail space and upper mezzanine level.
