We recently had a whole house ducted air conditioning/heating installation. The system is based on an efficient heat pump setup. I obtained several quotes to install an A2A system at my home, primarily to replace my storage heating. Protocool stood out with their informative and understanding approach. They provided a tailored solution that met my requirements. Steven, who conducted the site visit, deserves special mention for recommending the perfect system, including considerations overlooked by other companies. The installation was swift, the handover was thorough, and they left the site clean. Although there was a minor issue with temperature variations in my Daikin units, Protocool promptly revisited and resolved it. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my new system and plan to engage Protocool again for future projects, particularly when I'm ready to upgrade the upstairs area.
