Used Prime Installations to repair, service and add a camera to my CCTV system. Resolved all issues, serviced system - everything up and running again. Day after, experienced a minor issue (could only be seen during hours of darkness) - great after-sales service - technical team telephoned to see if the problem could be fixed over phone - needed visit - return booked. Very happy with this excellent service.

Prime Security have been wonderful to me when I've had issues with my cameras, which I'm happy to say have been very few. Darragh dealt with me last time and he was very helpful and understanding given that I'll be 80 next year. He couldn't resolve the problem in one day due to lack of time, but phoned me the next day when he said he would. He was very patient with me and talked me through the whole process, sometimes having to repeat himself.

I couldn't have asked for better help than Darragh gave me, and he is a credit to the company, as are all the other staff and technicians that have helped me. Thank you again Darragh and thank you Prime Security Installations.

This company is great. They were great when they fitted my two external camera's and about a year since I had two issues. Phone up and the receptionist gave me a code to set my new phoe up and it worked a treat. (Not a person at 75 who likes these things) She also arranged an engineer to sort the other issue of my own making. He rang when requested and within two minutes that was also sorted. Great service yet again.

Darragh was excellent and solved the problem with what I thought was an app issue. I was completely wrong. He thoroughly investigated the problem using shared access via my phone and, as we were about to go away for a few days, he priority shipped the replacement component to me. All fixed. Very highly recommended!

Recently used Prime Security for installation of a 3 way intercom for an apartment building. Very professional and friendly guys, pricing was better than expected. The video intercom itself is really modern, easy to use and instructions were clear from the team upon installation - Love the fact it can call our mobile phones so we can accept deliveries whilst out and about. All round great customer service, great product and would highly recommend!

The CCTV installation was carried out by Dan, an engineer from Prime Security. Dan's expertise and meticulous approach were evident in both the installation process and the subsequent clean-up. I would highly recommend Prime Security based on the quality of service provided by Dan.

Dan always reminds me what my contract is advises me of what the contract offers. Prime Security are a professional company and I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Perfect communication, delivered what we requested. The CCTV system was installed in a very professional manner, which was especially hard because of the wires that had to be directed through walls and several floors. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for Prime Security for nearly 7 years now and its amazing! My Risco Agility 3 alarm has been functioning properly and their Alhua and Hikvision cameras work properly and the siren is loud to get rid of intruders, the downside with the outdoor siren it does not glow in the dark but overall its amazing 9.9/10

Six months after cctv and alarm installation and the team still provides first class help and advice. Would highly recommend. Had tv aerial installed at home recently and aerial installer commented on how neat and discreet the cctv were installed.

Fantastic service! Darragh helped me access the cameras on all our devices today. I had a technical issue with the app the company uses to log into the cctv they installed for me. Max replied to my message very quickly and resolved my issue. Very Happy.

Max was brilliant at solving my cctv problem. He was patient, polite, and knew exactly what to do. Id called the company about 4 and was told someone would get back to me within 24 hrs, which would have been fine, but Max called within half an hour. I was very impressed.

I spoke to a chap called Mas when I had a problem with our central recorder box and we're getting no feed from the cameras. He told me an engineer had been arranged under my service contract but he had an idea that the power supply was the problem and was 90% confident a new one would fix it. He arranged to send one out but would keep the engineer appointment Justin case it was not as he felt.

The new unit arrived tge next working day (Friday - Monday) I changed the unit easily (he offered support if I were unable to do so) and lo and behold everything worked exactly as he described. Brilliant and knowledgeable service which I cannot commend enough. I do still have a slight problem but nothing to do with the reported fault, so he has left the engineer to visit. I am very pleased. Mas is a credit to the company.

Our Engineer was called Dan. Superb job, really quick and easy. He made sure everything was working and absolutely no mess made, a great customer experience - thankyou!

I cannot express how much gratitude we have for this service. We were experiencing urgent issues with a neighbour and needed CCTV for safety. Ordered the service and within 4hours this amazing guy Okera showed up. He was polite, respectful and very professional at all times, even when he was confronted while doing his job on our property by this neighbour.

He handled this with more respecte and patience than deserved by the neighbour. Kudos to him, demonstrated top tier emotional intelligence. The company takes safety concerns very seriously which we so valued. Also, because of Okera's hard work which was superbly done we feel safe enough inside and ouside our own home and can live freely knowing the CCTV adds that extra feeling of "eyes" outside our home.

We would sincerely refer anyone to this provider. I can't express enough how much we appreciated Okera going out his way to ensure a same day service for safety reasons. Cameras fitted and a video doorbell too. All perfect, no mess and all clear instructions. Back up support is fantastic. Had an issue when I changed my internet. Sorted in 5 minutes. Superb.

Spent two days trying to connect my security system to the newly installed wi-fi network. Prime Security responded to my plea for help almost immediately. Technician Darragh called within minutes and talked me through the process and I was up and running in very short order. Ten out of ten for speed and service.

Really impressed by Prime Security. I asked several companies for quotes to install our home CCTV system, and they were very quick to come back by phone and email and set up a date for a reasonable cost. Their installer arrived promptly and worked flat out to complete the job in 5-6 hours. Very professional work - no trailing leads and very clean. Their after-sales follow-up was reassuring too. I would highly recommend them!

Christmas Eve, and everybody has been waiting for Mary's waters to break before filling the shops. It was chaotic out there.! My home system packed up. It was all switched on - but the cameras had switched themselves off. I tried to restart it myself, but it needed the help from a knowledgeable serviceman. I wasn't very optimistic in getting hold of an engineer, but I tried. Max came on-line and within fifteen minutes everything was back to where it should be.

I would like to commend him for his patience (I am partly deaf, and the equipment is in a tight part of the attic). Remotely, he switched everything on, made sure that I was happy with everything, and finished off wishing me a Merry Christmas. Thanks, Max. You were a star.

I took my time in choosing a company but after reading the reviews for prime my choice was made. From start to finish this company is simply the best. Very courteous polite and so very helpful in helping me to make the right choice. I'm very happy with my system and John who came to fit just like everyone else was very polite and helpful and fitted our system with no mess left and everything cleaned up.
