read morePlease ensure that you have ordered the correct amount of tiles you require. Once the order has been processed any additions or amendments will be subject to the minimum delivery charge of 30 due to haulage costs. If only a few tiles are required, they will need to be ordered as samples. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back any tiles that are surplus to your requirements. We do however recommend that you keep a certain amount of tiles for future use (damages etc.) There is nothing more frustrating than breaking one or two fixed tiles only to find out they have been discontinued when you return to the shop for replacements.
