After browsing the various alternative Web providers I understood the process etc put getting our chosen image on and sorting price including delivery before committing was a real challenge. I then found Premier. I made a call just before 5pm on a Friday expecting the usual hold and being told how important I was guff. No, it was answered by Lewis. Helpful, informed and supportive from the off. Tech info around the image, where the best value on sizes were and why.

All ordered, correct adhesive and quantity in 20 mins including signing off the finished order. Kept in touch throughout with order status, production and delivered ahead of time. Thank you Premier and thank you Lewis.

Have bought twice from this site. Products are of a great quality, and at a reasonable price. Communication throughout from purchasing items to delivery is always great too.

We had a poor experience with another splashback firm and ended up losing money after trying to send it back. Premier range was great! The website may look a bit dodgy with discount pop ups, but the service and splashback were good value and excellent quality. Would recommend to my friends.

I Googled"splashbacks"and this company was high on the list. I was surprised to see that they incorporate your photos into the glass splashback. Reviews were good and there are pictures of some that they did. Everything about the order and delivery process was excellent. The splashback is fantastic.

Ordered the backsplash and it took over 5 weeks to make and to be delivered. When it was delivered they sent only one piece, the other piece was missing. Now been told will take 10 working days (this on top of the 8 days for them trying to figure out what had happened to the missing piece). Quality is good but don't order from here in your in a hurry.

Says what it does on the tin plus more. Ordered some radiator covers and they exceeded my expectations - wonderful way to make my tired radiators look brand new and modern!

The ordering and payment was so easy to do. I had issue with my credit card which wouldn't go through so after ringing and speaking to the customer service advisor I placed the order. We looked at the vast range of designs at Premier for a kitchen splashback. Decided in the end on a simple black glass that looks fabulous in our new kitchen. It was a bespoke order size that came within a couple of weeks and Premier kept us advised of progress and quality checking all the while. Delivered came well packaged with simple instructions for installation. Great product and great service. Fully recommended.

Fantastic service, Matt couldnt have been more patient and helpful. They didnt do the one I wanted in acrylic so the design team set to and created the one I wanted. When my splashback came it was everything I had asked for. I would highly recommend Premier. The downside was I had inadvertently paid twice, unfortunately there has been no response when I pointed this error out! Phoned twice with promises to follow this through, sadly no contact from the company.

We are so pleased with our new splashback for our bathroom. It really us a feature piece. The service has been exceptional from Matt. Unfortunately, when product first arrived, it had been slightly damaged in transit. This presented no problem for Matt to deal with in a very reassuring way. Had never previously heard of this company but found it on an internet search when we were re-doing our kitchen after 12 years. Absolutely loads of choice and images. Clear website. Just put in a word in the search bar and it returns hundreds of possible images & designs. We went for a world map as wanted something colourful and we love travelling. Measurements taken & inputted.

Price really really competitive compared to what we paid last time we did our kitchen. Much lower than expected! Order took just under 3 weeks to arrive. Very well packaged. My kitchen fitter recommended Premier Range for the backsplash and we were just going to go for a bog standard until we saw the pictures of what we could get on their website. I read some of the negative reviews about if the product is damaged in transit that they wouldn't refund so I was worried just in case it might happen to me but decided to place the order anyway and I'm so glad I did.

It said it could take up to 2 weeks to be delivered due to it being a custom size but it arrived 3 days later and I couldn't be any more happy with it. It just gives our new kitchen that finishing touch.

Found Premier range through google search looking for a splash back for my new kitchen. I checked out multiple sites but none could compare to what Premier Range offered. The tool for sizing the splash back is clear and easy yo use even down to where to put holes in the glass if required. The pricing is very good compared to others and the product supplied is exactly as I wanted it to be (good quality hardened glass) made exactly to the measurements specified. Premier Glass Radiator Covers I bought are simply gorgeous. Totally took my home to all new trendy home. Had quite a lot to choose from the designs.

Gorgeous radiator cover. The colours are so bright and vivid - it looks like a work of art. Delivery was as expected and installation involved simply hooking onto the radiator using the plastic plugs already fitted to the glass cover. Absolutely love the cover and would highly recommend.

I phoned my order to premier range and was treated very professionally the lady was very kind and when I asked if we could pick up our order she said no problem, we will send you an e mail when your order is ready to collect. On pick up the assistant opened our well packaged acrylic splashback so we could see it was what we ordered very professional firm.

I made a custom design and uploaded it for a large kitchen splashback. It came quickly (maybe 4 or 5 days). The quality that came back was superb and I was really pleased. You have to source your own fittings - but that makes sense as the guys don't know what you're fixing it too (brick/plasterboard etc.). I got some chrome screw caps from Amazon and the whole thing looks brilliant. I'd totally recommend premier range.

We were looking for good quality, good vfm glass splashback for our (residential sized) xaeavan - very much our home from home. Premier Range fitted the bill perfectly. Very wide selection of images available, one of which we chose, and made to our exact measurements. And I mean exact - literally to the millimetre! Simple fitting instructions coupled with specific adhesive made for an easy job. All this, plus delivered ahead of schedule too! Fantastic. Definitely be back when it's time to refit our house kitchen.

I have purchased a total of 5 backsplash samples from premier range. The samples were excellent and very unusual different from anywhere else i could find. I will definitely be choosing this product when i can make a match with my kitchen worktop in january. I would also like to say when i made the purchase i rang the staff on more than one occasion who i found extremely helpful and very professional.

Loved the product! Was bespoke so checked 100 times the measurements were right! Would highly recommend the company, really easy to find what I wanted online, delivery was as quoted and communications throughout were great. I can't comment on aftercare as haven't needed it, but in terms of quality of the product, it's amazing, one that we keep getting asked about as so unique.

I have just had a beautiful new kitchen fitted and I wanted something special as a glass splash back. I came across Premier Range on Google and loved their wide choice of designs. I didnt know anyone who had used them, but I decided to take the plunge, and Im so glad I did! It took a few weeks for it to arrive but when it did I was astounded at how beautiful it was.

Beautiful bespoke radiator cover provided by Premier Range. I was able to chose from literally thousands of images and the finished product was with me within 10 days and took just minutes to position. Absolutely top class.

Love my bespoke glass splashback using one of my own photos of a misty morning sunrise. I found it easy to upload my photo to the Premier Range website and order the exact size required. I was kept informed at various stages of the production process and delivery was exactly in keeping with the timeline originally suggested. When the splashback arrived I was absolutely delighted with the quality and it's created a wonderful focal point in my kitchen. I've had fantastic comments from friends too as soon as they walk into the room!

Purchased a toughened glass splashback in Anthracite. Expected delivery in January, but arrived 2 days before Christmas. Only just fitted in February with the supplied rapid grab adhesive and couldn't be happier. Easy to fit, and looks fantastic. IMAO! Highly reflective, so difficult to photograph but incredibly easy to keep clean. BTW, great value too!

Fantastic product and really wonderful customer service. I now have two radiator covers from Premier Range and bought these at different times as I wanted to be sure of the quality and colour match before making more purchases. Premier were extremely helpful in providing me with colour samples to enable me to find a complimenting colour to a newly created kitchen and lounge open plan extension.

They were also helpful in providing me with information and tips on creating the perfect accompanying splashback and upstand. I have one coloured radiator cover in the kitchen area and a photo image print from my own collection of images in my hallway. Makes a unique talking point when visitors arrive and adds a personal touch as well as a functional element without having to cover the walls in photographs.

I am now considering another radiator cover for my lounge and, as the kitchen one is a plain coloured cover, I may go for one of Premier Range's illustrative designs or catalogue of images. On a practical note, I have the extra large covers on my two current radiators. Both have been removed for cleaning and re-decoration of the respective rooms and both hook on and off the radiator without scratching.

The posts slide on to the grills at the top of the radiator and the fixing is strong and does not flap. The quality of the cover appears strong and cleans easily with a damp cloth. I cannot recommend the product or the service of premier Range more highly.

My order for coloured glass splashback was delivered quickly to the specification I had requested. The colour is gorgeous and finished off my kitchen design beautifully. I have been using my range cooker for about a month now and I find the glass really easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a white glass radiator cover to hide the ugly old radiator which was discoloured. It looks great, allows all of the heat out into the room, very simple to fit. Well packaged and arrived promptly. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

Excellent glass products, I have bought several now, including glass splash-backs and chopping boards. All arrived in perfect condition and sizes were precise. My one splash back was a picture of my own, of a fish tank, which I paid for artists help to add a border and size to be central, he did a brilliant job! It has received many compliments from friends and neighbours. Very happy customer.

I spent a lot of time researching splashbacks before deciding to buy from Premier Range. I initially had some reservations because I couldn't believe they could make them and ship them at such a reasonable cost. However I was incredibly impressed by the service, the speed of delivery and most importantly the quality of this splashback. Arrived well packaged and quicker than I expected. Brilliant quality. The guys fitting my new kitchen fitted it for me and had no problem fitting to plaster board wall. It really is a talking point when people visit. Easy to clean. I'm so pleased with it.
