Since he formed Pelikan School of Motoring in 1996, Peter Kinsey (ADI, IAM) has earned a reputation for his friendly and successful service, helping many 1st time drivers to pass their tests comfortably. With over 21 years of advanced driving experience after originally becoming RAC approved in 1970, Peter is well equipped to cope with any drivers (new or old) requirements and demands. Refresher Courses, Intensive Training and Employee Assessments are all catered for at Pelikan School of Motoring.
