All quotations and provides are made and orders are accepted subject to and shall be deemed to incorporate these conditions and they shall apply to all contracts made between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods (the Contract) to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions including without limit those which the Buyer purports to apply under any order.
