Practical Test
read moreThe Practical Driving Test has in recent years been improved to take into account the extra traffic on the roads, with the subsequent rising number of accidents and deaths leading the Government to introduce further initiatives to make the roads safer. As of December 2017 a new part to the Driving Test includes around 20 minutes of independent driving, where the examiner will give you a set list of directions, signs to follow a certain place and/or a simple route to follow on a Satellite Navigation system.
Tuition Car
read moreIt's because, back in 2008 when Luigi's Professional Driving Tuition was formed, the timing coincided with the then-new Fiat 500 making its World debut. After over a decade of loyal service, however, it was time for an overhaul of the running of the business and so now you'll be able to learn to drive in the even more iconic Volkswagen brand. Basically it allows seamless gear changes without the problems associated with single-clutch systems, where the car can still roll downhill despite Drive being engaged.
Theory Test
read moreThe PC-based Test takes place at three sites around Kent, in Sidcup, Chatham and Canterbury and is in two parts. The first consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, then secondly a Hazard Perception section which tests the candidate's ability to spot when hazards develop, reacting to the situation with the click of a mouse or a tap of the space bar. But if the thought of doing a Theory test worries you then don't panic, because with Luigi's Professional Driving Tuition you can practise the Hazard Perception skills inside the car with the aid of special software, using the in-car DVD player!
