Lobden is a 9 hole moorland course with excellent views of the surrounding areas and although it may not be long by today's standards, at 5697yds, it is without doubt a challenge for all golfers. When the wind blows, and it often does, you will do well to play to your handicap. At this time the club made it's own 'Rules of Golf' See Medal Day Special Rules from the original Rule Book. A complete list of members and office bearers was drawn up at the constitution of the club on 7 February 1889.
