Disability Services in Exeter, Devon
Devon's leading disability campaigning and empowerment charity is celebrating after being awarded nearly J424, 000 to aid disabled people get out into the countryside. The grant was made by Natural England as part of its Access to Nature programme, funded by J25m from the Big Lottery Fund's Changing Spaces programme, in its most recent batch of grants. Living Options will be tasked with rolling out the Countryside Mobility project across the South West in partnership with a huge array of organisations including the South West Coast Path Team, the Forestry Commission, Cornwall.

Living Options Devon has significantly grown from its humble beginnings. The charity began with just one employee and Peter as a volunteer, to now encompass a wide range of support services for disabled people, people with a long term health condition, and members of the Deaf Community across the south west. The charity continues Peter's legacy striving to improve the service provision for disabled people in the community.
