Stone arrived as promised about 1.45 on Wednesday & the driver telephoned my wife as promised to let her know he was nearly at the house. The drop was spot on as the driver was so helpful in the way he dropped the stone in stages along the length of the drive. It made my job of spreading/raking it much easier. Now just waiting for my "younger" helpers to come to help me finish the job tomorrow.
The only downside was - I got leathered at bowls - probably the thought of having to shift 20 tonnes of chippings! I will certainly recommend you to others & bear you in mind for future requirements. It's certainly refreshing to see there is still at least one firm out there offering excellence of customer service & care. Both competitive price and excellence of service rarely go together these days.
