From initial contact to installation of stairlift, contact with employees was fantastic. They were informative, polite, reliable. Each giving time to explain products, how to operate.
They were smart, friendly and considerate of situation. Stairlift was fitted in just over week from ordering. No mess.

Fantastic Leeds based company. Salesman explained everything very clearly re Installation, and options to either buy or rent. Absolutely no pressure. Even when my Mother's discharge from Rehab bed was delayed, no problem in altering Installation date. The Installation only took about 4 hours The fitter was very tidy and polite. The curved Stairlift is very easy to use, can be operated by the person sitting in the chair or by a relative or carers using one of two provided remotes I have no hesitation recommending this company. Superb. Next day installation, then when my family member returned from recovery, we found out we needed the motorised chair turn, for her needs at the top of the stairs. NEXT DAY installation. 24hr support, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From start to finish we were given first class service. The staff worked hard to find the best solution for us. This was in contrast to one of the big national firms who shied away from offering a quotation when made aware of an element of complexity. A week after our installation was completed my wife encountered a problem with the height of the seat and the engineer came back within a day to fix it. The stairlift looks fine on our staircase

Excellent service. We rented a stairlift, very reasonable. Didn't need it for long, installed and removed quickly. Just 3 pads on stairs, on removal no marks or anything on the carpet or wall. No pressure sales. Thank you Leodis.
