L&P Motors was set up in 1948 by Mr J. L. Longhorn & Mr F. W. Peterson. In those days we supplied coal to the local community, ran luxury coaches to many popular holiday destinations in Northern England and carried out repairs on cars, vans and lorries. In 1957 we were appointed Austin Dealers in Hartlepool and held the franchise as Rover for thirty three years. We now specialise in affordable quality used cars covering most popular makes and models.
