
In the early 90s I trained in dance, movement, physical theatre and circus. During this time I injured my back and through my search to heal myself I found Pilates. After 3 months of 3 weekly 1 to 1s I had rebuilt not only my back but had a whole new toned figure and incredible posture. In fact every area of my life improved. Functionally my body worked so much better, I moved better, I was stronger and more flexible than ever, I breathed better was calmer and more confident. This was the ripple effect in practice.
