Paul the lettings manager is fantastic. He paid me a visit and helped me propping up a heavy bad against a wall which I could not do in my own. He also came after hours to the aid of my tenant who had broken her key whilst unlocking the entrance and lent her his copy after removing the piece from the lock. When there was a problem with heating he tried to go over and help sort it out. No manager has done any if these in the past. It helped a lot giving me peace of mind that the property was in good hands

I reached out to several property agents to rent a flat as an international student planning to stay in London for a year. Ive been a tenant for one year and is about to renew my lease with them. I was impressed from the beginning where they hired a very thorough company to do inventories before I moved in. Very efficient property management (had a few problems at the beginning of the tenancy with water pumps etc. but the independent contractors always come within one or two days or sometimes on the same day for urgent issues).

I had the chance to rent a property with Hudsons and I've had a good support throughout the process. Even though the apartment had a few minor fixes, they were supportive and helped it get everything fixed by the time I moved in. Kudos to James, the property advisor, who kept a good and responsive communication, including checking in after my move.

My husband and I are New Yorkers, and we were visiting London for a few days on the way home from vacationing in Spain. With a couple hours to kill on our last day, quite on a whim we decided to look at real estate and found our way to Hudsons Property, where we met Simon Bray. Given this obvious lack of clear commitment on our part (we had to be at Heathrow in less than three hours) Simon could easily have blown us off. Hudsons Property is reputable for its professionalism and efficiency in the area. I dealt with Simon in my recent property purchase. Not only did he demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the area and the building, but he also coordinated well among all parties, including buyers, sellers, freeholds and solicitors. I was guided throughout the process and well informed of the progress.

My conveyancer, who had decades of industry experience, held a high opinion of Simon because he addressed all questions in time and to his best knowledge. Simon knew even better than the seller or the sellers solicitor about the property in certain circumstances. I have no hesitation in recommending Hudsons. I've recently used Hudson's to negotiate and secure a lease on a flat. They're also the property manager. In terms of lease negotiations, it was about as good/bad as you can expect central London real estate to be. The difference with Hudson's is that they have been actually amazing as property managers. They've been onsite to assist maintenance workers, chased down the landlord for approval on much needed fixes, and been very helpful in getting the building management to fix access issues. Hannah especially has been a rare gem of skill and integrity in a field of work all too commonly staffed by people who don't really care about the tenant. I would definitely use Hudson's again and be reluctant to switch to anyone else for fear of going back to the average.
