Once contact is stablished with the policy holder, one of our claims handlers will initiate a claim validation. GM has a custom built claims validation system which enables the claims handlers to perform an accurate and efficient validation of the policy holders items. With specific validation screens for each group and range of products the claims handlers are guided through a series of key identifiers which have to be completed to enable the system to suggest the correct replacement item.

This P.D.I (Pre-delivery Inspection) means that the item is unpacked, checked, fuelled, run and tested by one of our manufacturer trained engineers, before it is drained of fuel and re-packed, ready to be shipped.
