Our friendly practice staff will do their utmost to solve any problems or queries you may have. If they are unable to answer your query they will refer you to someone who can. They all pull together to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. The surgery team consists of a Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager and a Reception Manager that do the organisation throughout the office, with eleven receptionists working along side them. We currently have 3 IT/clerical team that make sure all the data is put onto the computer correctly and a secretary that kinds all the referral letters and deals with reports.

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient. You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months.
