I was advised of prices for all points that were discussed and I was allowed to decide if I wanted the repairs carried out or not. The car was fully cleaned. Friendly and very courteous service. I had to bring the loan car back as it started alerting me that it had a flat tire(s) as I pulled out of the garage. But this was quickly sorted and I was given another car. Eastern Motors have an excellent customer service.
