I missed the cut off for DPD next day delivery (by choice, I knew it was past the cut off and was happy to wait an extra day just to avoid using Yodel.) Discount cream changed the delivery to Yodel without giving me a choice as they hadn't collected that day's post. They did refund the extra so can't fault them for that. But it's now 5 days later and I still haven't had my parcel, because Yodel are the most useless company in the world. 4 stars as every other order has been fine up until now and I appreciate that it isn't really their fault but if they had just left the order alone and let DPD collect the next day I would have my parcel by now and wouldn't have had to waste a whole day stuck indoors trying to guess when/if Yodel decide they will turn up
