Communication was very good via text and phone when car was ready, car was ready on time. Car was booked in for a day. Ended up being two days. Was told that I needed 2 x new rear brake pads - for a car that had only done 10,000 miles! Resulted in the fact that the brake pads did not need replacing. I was completely satisfied with my service experience because the Service Advisor allocated to me was Stuart Cattanach who, to me, is the face of Dick Lovett (Bristol).
