We don't take deposits on corporate housing bookings, although we do hold card details in case of future losses or damages, and deposits may occasionally be taken for leisure bookings or longer stays. Payments are due in advance, with payment falling every four weeks in the case of long-stay bookings. We realise that corporate housing bookings are often paid via company accounts, and are happy to invoice companies directly, having made an agreement at the time of booking.
