Having previously had a bad experience with a different company, We came across this company to fix our unresolved issue. Chris's communication was effective from the start. He managed to fix our issue and also made us aware of the problem by showing us In detail so we understood. Chris also managed to assist us with a smaller issue with our front door. Overall a great service from a skilled technician in his trade. Will definitely be calling Chris in the future. Highly recommended and a service with a smile.

Called up and spoke to Chris. He was available at short notice and attended within an hour. Just required a change of lock. He came, changed the lock to an upgraded snap proof lock and adjusted the doors so they sat correctly and stopped then from catching on the frame. It's nice to see people who still take great pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Recommend to anyone and will definitely forward to anyone in need. Thank again Chris!

Wish I'd known about Black Country Locksmiths years ago. Came as arranged. Fit four 3 star locks as an interim measure while new stock in silver to match door handles were ordered so as to give me peace of mind. Came back to fit the ordered locks a week after and didn't ask for payment until the job was complete. First class service for a fair and reasonable price. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Called as I'd locked myself out, arrived within 20 minutes and the issue was sorted very swiftly - the issue was with me not the lock and I couldn't have been more embarrassed however the chap (sorry I didn't get a name) couldn't have been nicer about it. Chris arrived as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the issue with my door. The problem was sorted straight away and Chris made sure I was 100% happy with the work that was completed before he left. If you need a honest, reliable locksmith then I totally recommend this company. I will certainly use this company again should I have any other lock issues

We messaged Chris this evening and he came out really quickly. we managed to resolve the issue before he arrived, but he still checked it all over before he left. Chris was really informative of what the problem could of been, and told us if we need him again to contact him. I was in a terrible state, locked out and a neighbour kicked my door in, breaking my lock, causing lots of damage. I called Chris at Black Country Locksmith, sent him some pictures of the damage and he came up with a secure and economical fix. He arrived 30 minutes later, and was all done in 30 minutes. Very quick, professional, friendly service. I've saved the number if I ever need a locksmith again, or any of my neighbours
