Once an order has been placed please allow 5 - 14 days for delivery. If there is to be a longer delay that this we'll contact you accordingly. Once a payment has been authorized during the purchase process (credit/debit card) it takes up to four working days for it to gain our bank account. Should you prefer to return an item please ensure that it is an unused condition. All tags, labels and protective coverings must still be in place in order for a refund to be issued.
