Seeking to avoid the stigma sometimes attached to dealerships at which he had previously worked, Dermot, supported by the Bartley team, believes that value for money is just as important as providing a premium service, to both new and existing clients.
Shortly after Bartley began trading, approval as a full member of the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) was gained. Since that time, the company has expanded greatly, particularly over the past ten years, and now benefits from an experienced, busy team. In August 2008, the company became one of the founder members of the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair.

Dermot and his colleagues provided very helpful service at a reasonable labor charge. They arrived on time as agreed, swiftly replaced the faulty part, and had me back on the road in just an hour. I am very pleased with their work and am happy to recommend them.

I'm extremely satisfied with their service. They quickly scheduled me in for a coilover adjustment, and also fixed my wheel hub, which had damaged threads from a previous owner or garage. This was my first visit, and I'm impressed by this hidden gem. Their team was incredibly helpful and polite, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Was looking for a BMW independent to fix my daughters vehicle which had been buggered up by a so called mechanic she had used. Will definitely be using Bartley Garage again. Bartley Garage has been looking after my BMWs for 12 years. I've always found their work to be excellent and their prices are very fair and their advice sound. I could take my car to garages much closer to where I live but believe it's worth travelling to their garage for peace of mind.
