Hello, my name is Ray Bagnall and i am the managing manager of Bagnall SAAB ltd. We're an independent SAAB service centre owned and operated by myself. We're a Birmingham based service centre that specialises in servicing and repairing SAAB carss. We've been servicing SAABs for over forty years. I began working for a firm called Scandia Motor Company straight out of school as a trainee mechanic. Scandia Motor Company was a main dealership for both SAAB and Volvo cars in Birmingham. I began my apprenticeship in motor mechanic in 1966, yes the year of the England world cup win. After six years of training at the company I successfully completed my apprenticeship in 1972 and went on to work at a number of SAAB main dealers as a mechanic.
