Gino was really respectful of our home. He rang an hour before arrival so could plan the day around this idea. He came the day after I rang. Gino did all he could to solve the problem as best he could with least charges possible. He was friendly, courteous and polite. He also followed up a week following his last visit to ensure the problem was sorted. I would recommend Urgent Pest Care to anyone with a pest problem.

I cannot recommend Gino enough, he was with us within an hour of us calling him. Once he arrived he did a thorough examination of our house, he lifted manholes, loft, you name it he checked it, he quickly established where the rat was coming in. Not only did he solve the problem, he gave us advice on possible future issues and put in preventative measures. We've since had two follow up calls from him to check on us, highly recommended customer service second to none

Gino is fantastic. He's very knowledgable, very thorough and very personable. We had a huge infestation of garden insects, which he totally eradicated. In addition, he has advised us on preventative action for the future. He is wonderful.

Gino removed a hornets nest that these beasts had set up in a vacated bird box. In addition to being very knowledgeable - and clearly passionate - about his work, he was fantastic with the kids, helping me keep up the story of those hornets simply moving to a nicer place. A truly genuine and passionate guy that offers more than just a genuine work transaction - very rare in these days and highly recommendable.

Amazing service! Having recently moved into a new house that had a rodent issue, I was really worried and overwhelmed as to what to do. Gino handled it all brilliantly. He identified the cause of the issue and took steps to prevent it from reoccurring. He also made sure to take care of the current rodents within the the house. Gino was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would completely recommend!

Really impressed with Gino and his amazing service. I called him in the morning and he came out to us on the same day, despite their being torrential rainfall. He was able to identify and resolve the situation immediately. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about resolving pest related issues.
