The hot tub is really easy to maintain and not at all scary in the electricity bill way. Emma and Will are always so helpful on the end of the phone with any first nerves queries.
My husband works away a lot and we have three children, from teenager to toddler, one of whom is severely disabled. Life can be stressful as any family knows. We all jump in the tub and the stresses, strains and grumps melt away. We all have fun together as a family and it doesnt involve trip to the local pool with all the hassle that entails with children sometimes.
Our beautiful disabled daughter loves her time in the hot tub with us. It soothes her muscle tightness and relaxes her as only warm water can.
We wonder how we ever lived without our hot tub, its like being on holiday at your own house, especially in the snow.

read moreFantastic service from start to finish. We visited the show room three times before making the purchase and were always made to feel welcome. The knowledge demonstrated by Emma was very in-depth and informative. Due to our restricted access, the only way to get the Hot Tub installed was via a Crane, this was arranged by Three Counties direct taking the stress out of having to sort a Crane ourselves. The installation went very well with no issues and we are very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Three Counties Pools and Spas as their customer service is excellent.

Fabulous company
An absolutely fabulous company. We have recently had a caldera spa delivered and installed by them. From entering the show room and meeting Emma the owner who was just wonderful. So professional and knowledgeable and not one bit pushy.She helped us navigate to find the spa that was perfect for our needs. She advised on the preparation work we needed to fulfil before the installation and was on hand for a few phone calls along the way to check we had got everything correct before they delivered.
With regards to the two fitters they too were excellent friendly and professional and made a super job of the installation and were very respectful to our property.
We are absolutely thrilled with it and use it all the time and 100% would recommend them. A small personal business that has it spot on!
