My experience with Orlando Reid so far has generally been very good. Staff have been responsive and helpful. In particular, Federica was great with the move-in process, and Sam has been excellent in helping resolve problems in the flat.

My experience with Matt was flawless. Being a first time buyer, my knowledge on the process of buying a property was low. However, Matt guided me through to process and explained everything clearly. He was always quick to respond to my queries and was always very polite and courteous.

I moved into a property managed by Orlando Reid nearly two years ago and everything has been amazing. I only deal with Lakhan who is quick responding, always has the answers to my questions and also gets our repairs done either within hours or only a few days. If/when we move I will defiantly be looking at what Orlando Reid has to offer and I hope it will be managed my Lakhan again.

I don't think you could have a better company in charge of your property when it comes to renting in London. I was letting a flat managed by Sheraton Law for three years and consistently found them helpful, fair, and responsive. 100% recommend.

We moved recently in a property let by Orlando Reid! The process was easy and their system of renting was like no other, plus the staff was very helpful. Once moved in the property, were some small things we saw that needed some attention, but once we contacted them, they fix it in a very short time and in a professional manner. A plus for their online system for maintenance (very easy to use, you can add photos and description of the issue) that saves you plenty of time.

Other small letting agency should take it as example, this would make the life easier to all of us (tenants, landlords and agency). For the moment I don't have any cons to add and for sure we will have a nice and smooth experience during our tenancy.
