An excellent service - The engineer (FRANK) who visited, was thorough and found the leak (under the floor) within 30 minutes. He arrived on time (having travelled over 100 mls) and always told me what he was doing and improved the heating system by fitting a new regulator to the heating system. He also tidied up before he left.

Fantastic service.
Had 2 plumbers in with no joy, ADI came in, found the leak and stopped it to be able to get the mains back on. Worked extremely hard and tidied up afterwards… no problem in highly recommending.

ADI were able to provide an appointment the day after contacting them. The engineer, Adam, was able to quickly identify a problem that was causing water to enter places where it shouldn't, and then to provide and skilfully execute a solution. Throughout, Adam was polite and helpful.

Very good experience with ADI. Adam our specialist was able to locate the leak which two other plumbers failed to do. The repairs was carried out in a way that mitigated any further damage to the property. Very happy with the service.

I noticed that my water bill was very high considering the usage and called ADI. The engineer Grant was brilliant. He explained everything he was going to do to find if there was a problem both indoors and outside regarding any leaks. Using his specialist equipment he found the problem and it transpired that the leak was in actual fact at the meter! On to the water board now as it's their responsibility. Thank you, Grant and ADI for the most efficient service.

If you need this service I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. David over the phone was very knowledgeable and experienced and talked me through what to expect on the day.
Mark Pavitt who came to my house to do the trace and access was extremely thorough and took time to explain all the options and where the leak was coming from. Very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Mark was incredibly helpful, he made a pretty nasty situation with Thames Water a lot easier. He managed to find the leak coming from the meter box with minimal issues for my tenants, though it wasn't easy, he kept me well informed throughout today and even called Thames Water for me and got them to come out in the next few days to fix the leak.
I am a happy Landlady!

The booking was very simple and they had quick availability which meant our leak was detected and dealt with promptly. The engineer/plumber who attended, Frank, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He located the leak quickly, dug up the area and fixed it all within 4hrs. At every stage he kept me informed and explained everything fully. Excellent work.
